Legal Framework & Intellectual Property Protection
1. Payment & Retention of Title
Services are billed based on agreed milestones. Ownership and usage rights for any deliverables remain exclusively with Unreal Vision until the final invoice is paid in full. Unauthorized use of assets prior to full payment constitutes a breach of copyright and protocol.
2. Scope Control & Iterations
Projects are executed based on the finalized Technical Specification. Any requests exceeding the original scope or requiring more than two (2) rounds of revisions will be subject to a separate Change Request Protocol and additional billing at current studio rates.
3. Technology Rights & IP
The Client receives a license for the final visual output. However, Unreal Vision retains all rights to underlying source code, proprietary shaders, logic frameworks, and internal tools used to build the experience. These components are licensed, not sold, and may not be extracted or resold by the Client.
4. Standards of Deployment
We guarantee 60FPS+ optimization on specific hardware defined in the contract. Unreal Vision is not responsible for performance degradation caused by 3rd party platform updates (Meta, Apple, Google) or unapproved hardware modifications occurring after final deployment.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Unreal Vision be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific Project Module that caused the dispute.
